For this category, the warranty provided by refkeys.com for license activation and assistance in the activation process, valid until the moment of first activation, is provided for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of license purchase.

This category of products does not benefit from warranty after activation.

The only warranty offered for this category is the warranty for license activation and assistance in the activation process, within the mentioned 30 calendar days.

If license activation is not performed within 30 calendar days from the date of license purchase, the warranty provided by refkeys.com ceases, and refkeys.com is not liable for non-compliance according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2021.

For this category, refkeys.com offers warranty for license activation and assistance in the activation process only for one activation of the respective license.

Reinstalling the operating system or changing hardware components of the physical device/equipment results in the loss of the license and termination of the warranty obligation from refkeys.com.

Improper installation of the license on the physical device/equipment by the buyer or the absence of any of the necessary digital components required to support the installation of the license in the buyer’s physical equipment/device, which affects the license’s functioning, despite the assistance provided by refkeys.com for installation and activation within the 30 calendar days from the date of license purchase, and despite the description of license specifications accessible by clicking on the product image and the “Specifications” label, exempts refkeys.com from any liability and leads to the termination of the warranty.

Provided that the license is installed and activated by the buyer within the 60-day period, refkeys.com provides a 12-month warranty for the functioning of the license, starting from the date of purchase. Additionally, for this category, it is guaranteed that the purchased license can be reused and transferred, provided that the license is associated with a Microsoft account.

2.3. Adobe Licenses

Provided that the 60-day deadline for installation and activation of the license is respected by the buyer, refkeys.com provides a 12-month warranty for the functioning of this license, starting from the moment of purchase. Additionally, for this category, it is guaranteed that the purchased license is reusable and transferable, provided that the license is associated with a Microsoft account.

Antivirus Licenses

Technical assistance for Antivirus products can be provided within the first 30 days of purchase, provided that the license is activated within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

3.1. Antivirus/VPN Licenses

For this category, refkeys.com offers a warranty for license activation and assistance in the activation process, valid until the first activation, for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Additionally, for this category, a permanent activation of the software is guaranteed for 12 months from the moment of purchase.

Improper installation of the license on the device by the buyer or the absence of any of the digital components necessary to support the installation of the license on the buyer’s device that may affect the functioning of the license, despite the assistance provided by refkeys.com during the 30-day period from the date of purchase, exempts refkeys.com from any responsibility and leads to the termination of the warranty for license activation and assistance in the activation process.

In the case that the buyer subscribes to refkeys.com for this type of license, the warranty offered after activation is valid throughout the subscription period.

Windows Server/SQL Licenses:

Provided that the 30-day deadline for installation and activation of the license is respected by the buyer, refkeys.com provides a 12-month warranty for the functioning of this license, starting from the moment of purchase. Additionally, a permanent activation of the software is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

General Warranty Provisions applicable to all licenses, apart from the specific provisions stated for each license:

The warranty is not related to the functionality of the software.
Any issues related to the functioning of the software should be addressed to the product manufacturer.
refkeys.com is solely a reseller of electronic software licenses and is not the producer of the software in which you will use the purchased license.
Product keys are unique, and once activated, they remain activated indefinitely (except for products with a limited time subscription).
It is the responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the compatibility of their system/physical and/or virtual equipment with the product/license they intend to purchase.
All refkeys.com products have their own description (accessible by clicking on the product image on our website), which includes the recommended specifications for proper operation. These specifications provide instructions that the customer/buyer can reasonably expect and ensure the functionality, compatibility, and interoperability of the license. The specifications clarify the situations in which these licenses can be used, activated, and installed, matching the intended purpose of the customer/comparator who wishes to purchase them and who requests their purchase. The customer/buyer has the obligation to become aware of these specifications and instructions provided by refkeys.com at the latest when placing the order, and refkeys.com has accepted them. The specifications also clarify whether any accessories are necessary for the functioning of the license and provide installation instructions.
The warranty for the product comes into effect from the moment the fiscal invoice is issued. The moment of issuing the fiscal invoice is referred to as the “moment of purchase” on the refkeys website.
Upon issuing the fiscal invoice, the order is also sent to the customer.
If the customer has not received the email with the ordered product within 24 hours of placing the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us.
The warranty is provided only in the following cases:
- We send you the wrong key.
- We send you an incomplete key.
- We accidentally send you a key that was already sent to another customer.
- It is found that the respective license was invalid at the time of sending it to the customer.
- Any other human error caused by us.
In these situations, as part of our warranty obligation, we will replace the defective key free of charge or provide assistance for successful license activation.
Any customer who exceeds the warranty period, regardless of the ordered product or quantity, will lose the warranty services, and refkeys.com is released from any warranty and liability for non-compliance.
In conclusion, if you exceed the warranty period, we will not be able to provide you with a new license or assistance in activating your license.
SC TRUndin SRL, the Producers and/or Authorized Partners of the Producers, will not honor the warranty in case of defects/problems caused by the end customer.
